Medical care in homeland is considered to be the most beneficial treatment in economical and physical means. But in last few decades the concept is proved wrong. Growth of medical tourism concept and the service providing nations worked behind the fact. In developing nations one can have the medical treatment with spending only 1/10 of what he will spend in his homeland. The treatments are on par with those available in their native place. This is the prime peculiarity with treatments in medical tourism destinations.
In developed nations the burden of treatment cost is almost fully tolerated by insurance companies. Even though the premium installments are too high, individuals choose insurance firms to get a financial support during a medical treatment. But for dental treatments the medical insurance providers give no support. The cost of dental treatments should be swallowed by the individual himself. So in developed nations dental treatments are often neglected by the natives. In Medical tourism India includes all treatments and medical therapies. Benefits with other medical procedures are also available with dental treatments. Tourists find dental treatments as safe, inexpensive, timely and tension-free. For foreign dental patients there is not much to bother about; they visit India for all dental treatments including cosmetic dentistry and dental extractions. |
